As the global COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, the health, safety and wellbeing of the NDIS participants, families, and those who work alongside us is a priority. We have in place strong contingency and impact management plans and strong systems and processes that will allow us to continue to provide support to our participants during this time. Currently, there are no expected interruptions to the services that we deliver to NDIS participants and other service providers. We have implemented additional safety precautions and procedures to look after the health and wellbeing of everyone covering the areas of hygiene, self-isolation and risk identification.
Our staff are all committed to providing safe and quality services, have been trained around infection control as it relates to COVID-19, and are being kept information of any updates and new information to allow them to do their job.
We are confident that measures currently in place and All About Supports ability to adapt to change will ensure that your service will continue uninterrupted.
We aim to provide all participants and providers with updates as the situation unfolds via our website or by email.
